At the core of the ACA Adaptive Paddling Program, Adaptive Paddling Workshops (APWs) provide the information necessary to seamlessly integrate individuals with physical disabilities into outdoor recreation programs in the context of paddlesports.  ACA Certified Instructors can earn the Adaptive Paddling Endorsement. ACA Instructors can also receive an Update for Instructor Certification Maintenance in any paddling discipline.  This course is also open to non-Instructors, who can earn an ACA Certificate of Completion.  However, basic pre-existing paddling skills will be necessary to pass the course.

For anyone with a physical disability who is interested in becoming a paddler, the final day of this APW offers a perfect opportunity to learn from experts about how to modify equipment and the techniques to paddle SUP comfortably, safely, and with a high level of independence and performance.  To participate for free during the final day of this APW please email Jen at: or call (607) 288-3470 or 607-342-2397

American Canoe Association logoACA Certified Instructors in any discipline who want to register as an Instructor Endorsement Candidate for the entire workshop, please email or call Jen at (607) 288-3470 or 607-342-2397.
