The MUSC Physical Therapy Class of 2018 is hosting the 6th annual Shots with a Spin wheelchair basketball tournament! We are hosting this event to raise money for Achieving Wheelchair Equality (A.W.E.) & Adaptive Expeditions (A.E.) — local organizations that focus on improving the quality of life and promoting equal accessibility for individuals with sensory and physical disabilities by providing home modifications, interactive educational health and wellness programs, advocacy, & peer support.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
1. DONATE!
We are in need of items for our online silent auction. Additionally, all monetary profits from the event will benefit AWE and AE. If you are interested in donating, please email: shotswithaspin17@gmail.com
2. PARTICIPATE! (No experience required!)
If you are interested in entering a wheelchair basketball team in the tournament, please contact: Lauren Calamari (calamari@musc.edu)
Team registration fee is $50 per team. Teams will consist of no more than 10 players. Registration includes a t-shirt & lunch. Chairs will be provided.
3. VENDOR INFORMATION FAIR
