Shots with a Spin 2026 – Wheelchair Basketball Tournament, Charleston, SC
Come join us for a day filled with fun and excitement at the Shots with a Spin 2026 Wheelchair Basketball Tournament in Charleston, SC! Whether you’re a player or a spectator, this event is guaranteed to be a blast. The tournament will take place on Sat June 6, 2026 at North Charleston Sports Complex starting at 9:00 AM. Don’t miss out on the action and camaraderie of wheelchair basketball at this unique event!
This tournament is in support of Adaptive Expeditions (AE). AE is an interactive educational nonprofit using sport and recreation to offer health & wellness programs to individuals with physical and sensory disabilities. Through education and outdoor recreation adventures, AE empowers individuals with both technical skills and personal confidence to maintain active, independent lifestyles. AE also aims to build communities where outdoor adventure seekers and Paralympic hopefuls can share ideas and common experiences, have fun, push limits, and redefine what is possible.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
1. DONATE! All monetary profits from the event will benefit AE.
2. PARTICIPATE! (No experience required!) Teams can consist of no more than 10 players and no fewer than 5. Team registrations includes a t-shirt & lunch for each player / team member. Basketball wheelchairs will be provided. Teams are open to everyone… disability or not. Get some coworkers together and name your team after your business! Team registration is $250 per team. 3. SPECTATE! Come out and cheer on your favorite teams. $15 advanced tickets and $20 at the door. 100% discount if you present an accessible parking hangtag at the checkin table. Tickets and discounted tickets available through this link.
