Description:
ACA_PaddleAmerica_2blueAt the core of the ACA Adaptive Program, Adaptive Paddling Workshops (APWs) provide the information necessary to seamlessly integrate individuals with physical disabilities into outdoor recreation programs in the context of paddlesports. ACA Certified Instructors can earn the Adaptive Paddling Endorsement.   Instructors can also receive an Update for certification maintenance.  Non-Instructors can earn an ACA Certificate of Completion.

For kayakers with physical disabilities (and those interested in becoming kayakers), the final day of an APW offers a perfect opportunity to learn from experts how to modify equipment and the techniques to paddle comfortably, safely and with a high level of performance.  Participating in the APW will prepare you to join Adaptive Expeditions on kayaking day-trips and expeditions.  To participate for free during the final day of the APW please call Joe Moore at Adaptive Expeditions (843.637.7269), email Joe@AdaptiveExpeditions.org, or use the registration link below.
